We have detailed every step you need to take in order to perform your own DNA sample collection. It's simple. Click one of the buttons to the right of this text to download the sample collection instructions and the necessary forms, then print them out.
Read the entire instruction sheet before beginning. Collect the necessary supplies according to the directions, complete the paperwork, and send everything into the laboratory along with your payment and we'll get to work as soon as we receive the complete package.
That's it. We'll complete your analysis in 3 to 5 business days from the time we receive your samples, then mail your results back to you. There are other ways to receive your results available, which you'll see below.
