When you're purchasing your DNA Test, you will have the option to select witnessed sample collection services. Upon choosing witnessed sample collection, we will ship your kit with specific instructions to contact Notary Direct via the toll-free number provided to schedule your appointment. Notary Direct, during normal business hours, (M-F 7AM-5:30PM Pacific), will initiate the process by contacting you within 2 hours of placing your call to confirm an appointment based on your availability. The Notary Direct representative will travel to the requested location, collect all documentation and samples in your presence and return it to GTL for immediate processing.
