Instructions to test individuals in multiple locations

Step by Step

1. Choose the type of test you require and click “ADD TO CART”
2. Click “CONTINUE SHOPPING” and click on the “ALL DNA TESTS” option located on the banner on the left side of the HOME page.
3. Scroll down to the “HOME COLLECTION KIT ONLY” option and click “GO”
4. Choose home collection kit only options and click “ADD TO CART”
5. Repeat steps 2 to 4 for each additional location
6. Review your order and click “CHECK OUT”
7. Complete the Billing information
8. Under "Shipping Information", select the "Ship items to different addresses" option
9. Go ahead and fill out the shipping information fields with your first shipping address. The shopping cart will use this information as a default for the next entries.
10. Proceed with check out by clicking “Submit”.
11. In the "Items to be shipped" section you will see your primary kit. In the "Shipping Information" section, the cart has already filled in the shipping fields for you based on what you entered in the previous screen. If this is where you want that primary kit sent, click "Submit", otherwise make the nesecarry changes, then click "Submit".
12. This screen is almost identical to the previous, excet that it shows you your "DNA Home Test Kit" in the "Items to be shipped section". Change the shipping information fields to the name and address you want your secondary kit to go to, then click "Submit".
13. Repeat this process until you've completed it for all the secondary kits you added you your cart.
14. This summary screen displays all your kits and shipping addresses. Verify that everything is correct, then click "Submit".
15. Now provide your credit card information to complete the sale.
